Triadelphia Landing is an affordable housing project for families that includes three buildings of 32 residential units encompassing: 16 one-bedrooms, 8 two-bedrooms, and 8 three-bedrooms. The units come equipped with washers and dryers, central heating and air, and energy efficient appliances. Triadelphia Landing is a great location for families being constructed across the street from the Elementary and Middle Schools. Utilizing tax credits awarded by West Virginia Housing Development Fund and equity provided by Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing.
