This project will be the new construction of 24 affordable rental housing units for families with 12 one-bedrooms and 12 two-bedrooms. Unit amenities will include washer/dryer hook-ups, ceiling fans, window coverings, and energy star appliances. These garden-style walk-up units are located across the street from the Kearney Ridge Apartment complex and residents will have access to the pool and playground at that facility.
