Funding Awarded for West Virginia Project!

AU Associates, Inc. just received notice of funding award for the company's first West Virginia project! Riverview at Clendenin, a mixed use project including a non-profit community health center and 18 residential apartment units, received $2.7 million in Neighborhood Stabilization Program Funds for development of the residential space. Construction is anticipated to begin in Summer 2010.
